New this sweep: the pricing page now carries a paid-model carve-out ("Some models require a paid billing method") naming five large third-party models, which we have added to whatYouGet because it materially narrows what the free allowance actually buys. The page still does not explicitly state the card requirement; it is inferred from the free allowance being available on the no-cost Workers Free plan (V23).
